Plating
In applications where Government regulation or environmental condition
require non-corrosive components, ERB can provide nickel
plating for any of its burners or products.
Hoses Ensign can supply a variety of flexible
metal hoses for air and gas connection to your burners. The least expensive
hose is corrugated brass with epoxy coating, and is CSA approved and AGA
Design Certified. These are available in 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2"
ID sizes. The ends can be 3/8", 1/2" or 3/4" Male or Female
Pipe threads. These are generally used to connect bakery burners to manifold
piping. This style is also available in Stainless Steel corrugated. Brass
or stainless braided hoses are available in sizes up to 2" NPT.
Swivel Joints The Ensign Swivel Joint is designed to provide
360° rotation of burners for access, cleaning and maintenance. Used
in pairs, they are available in a number of various sizes, such as 1",
1-1/2", and 2".
They allow the use of rigid piping for feeding a gas mixture to the burner,
with the burner free to rotate as necessary. The bearings are relubricatable,
and no field adjustment is required. The double row of bearings assures
proper alignment and prevents binding caused by temperature changes and
heavy radial loads. The joint is fully sealed with both inner and outer
Buna-N O-ring seals.
