ERB-Ensign. Jim will serve as Vice President/Director of Engineering.
Jim
has earned a BE Electrical Engineering, SUNY Maritime College, 1974, an ME
Instrumentation Systems, Stevens Institute of Technology, 1979, and an MBA
Finance, Iona College, 2005.
Jim has served the combustion technology
industry for 30 years.

February 11, 1951 - April 21, 2001
ERB - Ensign is sad to
announce the passing of Thomas J. Clune. Tom had been fighting health
issues over the past year, but his untimely passing was still
unexpected to his family, friends and colleagues.
An
Architectural graduate of the University of New Mexico, Tom began his
professional career with XEROX. He moved on to become Chief Engineer
of Universal Oven for 15 years and was then recruited by Ensign Ribbon
Burner. Within a few years Tom became Sr. Vice President.
He
holds several patents for applications utilized by XEROX and the
Combustion Technology Industry. In both his personal and professional
life, Tom was always there, willing and able to help anyone with any
problem or project that needed to be solved. Everyone who has had the
opportunity to meet him will miss his insightful ideas, depth of
knowledge, warmth of spirit and unselfish help.

Production Begins for Major Order from Casa Herrera

ERB
announces the commencement of production of the largest order of
stainless steel pipe burners and
stainless steel pilot burners ever. ERB and Casa Herrera
are jointly involved with retro-fitting almost 5,000 burners and pilots in 76 ovens for snack food giant
Frito-Lay. This refit will considerably
reduce maintenance costs and enhance product consistency throughout
the company. In addition, utilization of a special hardening kit will minimize burner maintenance throughout the organization.
